Swimmers, take the challenge to swim 100 miles in 100 days - through September 1. Swimmers who complete their laps throughough the 100 days will receive a 100 Miles swim cap at the completion of 10 miles, a water bottle after 50 miles, and a t-shirt after 100 miles. One mile in the Fort Avenue pool is 66 lengths.

Join Fort Avenue's latest fitness craze - Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30PM-3:30PM with trainer Matt Christ! This 35-minute circuit is offered in a group environment that is overseen by a personal trainer and incorporates a full-body workout to get your heart pumping and your body burning calories to help you reach your fitness goals. All sessions are followed by ab work and stretching.

Reform into Summer Develop long lean muscles, improve posture and alignment, and learn to move fluidly and gracefully. Exercises on the Pilates Reformer will increase muscle strength, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle balance. Classes meet twice a week for 4 weeks. Members $195, Non-Members $265.
