Get Schooled: Extreme Team Bootcamp Challenge
Don't have much time to workout during the week? Looking for a program that will get you in and out of the gym in just 30 minutes? Get "Schooled" in our Extreme Team Bootcamp Challenge! This program is designed to focus on 5 different areas of fitness: strength; flexibility and stability; endurance; function; and cardiovascular fitness.

Six Weeks to Fit
An intense workout twice a week for six weeks gets you Summer Fit! Take the challenge to set a routine that will change your lifestyle for the better. Work out with a certified personal trainer twice a week, both in a group and on your own. The trainer will give you "homework" for two additional days each week. Initial weigh-in, blood pressure, and body fat percentage will be recorded. Measurements taken again after week three and at the end of the session.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00AM-7:00AM
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30PM-7:30PM

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it's never too soon to start helping out. How?
