  • Discuss sleep, exercise and eating patterns and develop ways to help with daily life activities.

Consultation/ Initial Session: Assess your stress and ways of handling stress. Find out what wellness means to you personally. Identify target areas for developing enhanced and effective ways to live optimally.

Individual, personalized coaching sessions: Individual coaching helps you to cope with decreasing stress and increasing positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors. In individual coaching sessions, you can discuss your past, current and future lifestyle. We will work together to develop and practice ways to effectively cope with stress and negative thoughts and feelings. Our sessions will help you achieve results for which you strive in areas of your life such as career, relationships, and overall emotional and physical well being.

Group format (i.e. outreach, corporate relations, well-being seminars/workshops): Group coaching is a great forum for learning more about stress, how you and others handle stress, and about aspects of working and living environments and relationships that can be considered stressful. In group format, team members will be led to work together in a cohesive manner which will contribute to increasing productivity, effective communication, personal growth and overall success.
