Lay the groundwork for lifelong health with this 10-week program. Working with your Merritt wellness coach, you’ll create an individualized plan to break through and meet your individual goals. Over the ten weeks of the program, you will:

  • Receive a 10-week membership to all Merritt Clubs locations
  • Create a custom nutrition, fitness, and stress management plan based on your body type, schedule, interests, and lifestyle
  • Learn how food combinations impact weight loss and identify healthy foods through nutrition label reading and grocery shopping techniques
  • Learn how to properly prepare your body for exercise and get the most benefit from your exercise time
  • Learn how stress impacts your overall health and how to manage it
  • Use our online portal to establish your plan, contact your coach, and track your progress
