A LITTLE BIT ABOUT AMELIA

I first fell in love with group fitness in a BODYJAM class about 15 years ago. I became an instructor 7 years ago and have never looked back. I have had several different “careers” from veterinary technician to event planner and now to group fitness director. I love getting to watch people fall in love with fitness and lose themselves in a great workout. I also love getting people to try something new and step out of their comfort zones—you never know what you can accomplish until you try. When I am not in the clubs, I participate in local community theater as a hobby. I also enjoy craft beer, bourbon and good food!
