TEACHING STYLE:

My goal in each class I teach is to inspire you to dig a little deeper, work a little harder and reach even higher to achieve the goals you may have not been able to reach the day before. My passion for group fitness is rooted into two things: my love of music, and my love of fitness. It is in that passion where I am able to pass on the motivation and encouragement to YOU the class member which makes each and every class high energy, entertaining and lots of fun! You’ll sweat and burn a ton of calories…and have a great time doing it!

LES MILLS SPRINT

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.
