Ayla Badell has been a Les Mills instructor for many years and loves the energy it brings to Merritt’s participants. She attended Johns Hopkins University for a Masters in Counseling which provides her with the skills to motivate, inspire and support her fitness groups. She has background in dance, martial arts, sports, and long distance running.
