I am the City Clubs Group Fitness Director for Merritt Clubs. I am married to Kim Kafka, a Group Fitness Instructor. I enjoy running, reading and watching movies/shows with my family. I have a true passion for fitness and have been in the fitness industry for 15 years now.

Merritt Ringside is a fitness-based boxing workout that will leave you feeling like a champ! Using heavy bags, boxing training techniques, and bootcamp style cardio drills, this class will make you sweat and feel like a prize fighter! Bring your boxing gloves and hand wraps (available for sale at our Pro Shop).

DOWNTOWN CLUB SCHEDULE

LES MILLS SPRINT™

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.
