A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JENNIFER

I’ve been running, biking, or swimming for most of my life. I started running at age 8 when my father would stay after my sister’s track meets and let me run and long jump! I ran track through high school, and also played field hockey in both high school and college. I have been cycling for 20 years, and very much enjoy the mechanics of proper cycling technique and working with members on mastering that technique. I love to mix up music, choreography, and types of classes I teach. I get a thrill from seeing members improve their fitness levels, and grow in my classes over the course of weeks and months. When I’m not teaching, I can be found in my design studio working on residential spaces for clients. I also love triathlon, spending time outdoors with my husband and two girls, and planning new adventures.
