Party time with a side of kick ass! (can I say ass in my bio?) Each workout is a celebration of where you are in your fitness journey, and a step towards improving and reaching your goals. Remember, no ever does a workout and regrets it. Show up, sweat it out and party with us!

SO MANY!! In cycle you’ll hear me play Millionaire (feat Nelly) by Cash Cash the original, and the Cash Cash Remix versions, along with Bang Bang and Ain’t Been Done by Jessie J. And in Boot Camp we’ll jam out to workout remix versions of Rachel Platen’s Fight Song, Omi’s Cheerleader and Pitbull’s Messin’ Around. Singing is ALWAYS allowed.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JESSIE

I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and have been coaching and leading classes for the last 8 years. I was honored, twice, to present cycling workshops to other instructors at the Northeast Fitness Expo. I also hold my YogaFit Level 2 certification and am trained in several specialty cycling and boot camp style programs. In addition to teaching group fitness I am a Tribe Team Training coach for Merritt where I get to work more closely with members, in a small-group training program, to reach their fitness goals. When I am not at the gym I am teaching special education preK students, working at DuBurns arena or bumming around Canton.
