High energy early in the morning! I aim to teach to all fitness levels. Whether you are brand new to group fitness, looking to get fit or an experienced ATTACK athlete—I strive to give you the workout that’s right for YOU!

FAVORITE SONG:

I don’t think I can narrow it down to just one song! Bruce Springsteen is my all-time fave artist, with Beastie Boys a close second. When it comes to BODYATTACK, I love most of the track 8s (interval training track), with “I Can Fly” (BA 53) at the top of the list.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT KAREN

When not in the gym, most of my time is spent taking care of my 3 school-age daughters. They compete on the swim team, play field hockey and lacrosse (and a little gymnastics during the winter) so life is chaotic at times, but I absolutely love watching them play/swim/tumble! As a family, we enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors—usually at Patapsco State Park. My “day job” keeps me busy as a Physical Therapist at Johns Hopkins, where I specialize in working with kids and adults who have Cystic Fibrosis.
In addition to BODYATTACK, I love taking BODYPUMP, SPRINT and Yoga.

This sports-inspired, high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals—from weekend athletes to hard-core competitors.
