I am a wife, mother, and research nurse manager in my “other life”. I fell in love with group fitness about 14 years ago after the birth of my second child. Group fitness is definitely my passion. I love motivating others and sharing in their journey. I also love that you can leave all your stress and chaos of life outside the studio for 30–60 minutes and escape into the workout.
