I strive to inspire members to reach their fitness goals whether it’s to get through their first class or have been part of the group fitness game for years, creating an inclusive environment for all levels. I am motivating with a dash of intensity while also adding humor and personality. I aim to demonstrate proper form and technique and show up ready to give members a challenging workout. I don’t want anyone to think “that was too easy” so I encourage members to push themselves to get the results they want.
