TEACHING STYLE:

We move with the music! We have rolling hills, intervals and steady climbs. I like to engage and empower my cyclists through teamwork competitions in groups and in pairs. Beware of any holiday…we have themed rides!

FAVORITE SONG:

I like a wide variety of music including oldies, classic rock, 80’s, alternative, 90’s (I really like the 90’s), hip hop, and the pop hits of today!

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT LAURA

I am a middle school health education teacher and graduate student studying clinical mental health counseling. I strongly advocate the importance of mental health and overall well-being, particularly healthy body image. I despise running but have completed 2 full marathons. My loving and (very patient) husband and I live in Mount Airy with our cat and (his) dog. I love to sing, play piano and craft. I can truly say that my members motivate me and are the BEST part of my day. We do this together!
