Inclusive. I want everyone who walks into my class to get a great workout, learn a little bit, and have fun. Classes are social and I love when people in the classes begin to form relationships and build a community.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT LORI

I teach a lot of classes (love it! And the members!) and personal train on the side. I love to run and have completed 7 full marathons and numerous half marathons and 10 milers. I’d love to go through yoga training at some point, but don’t have the time right now. I love to read when I have the time. When immersed in a book, the house could burn down around me and I probably wouldn’t notice.
