A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSTY

I stepped into my first cycle class in 2010 with the same thought that everyone has… “my butt is going to hurt” … and I haven’t stopped since. In just a couple of classes my butt didn’t hurt, I was hooked, and a year later I went for my certification. I have been teaching cycle since 2011 as well as other freestyle group fitness classes. I went on to attain my personal training certification in 2015. I have always been active with exercise or playing sports including basketball, softball, tennis and recently completed my first two triathlons over the 2016 summer. I like to train like an athlete and I incorporate a competitive style of training in my classes. If you are working beyond your comfort zone then you are doing something right! I can’t say enough about the incredible people I have encountered over the years, the goals that have been reached, the pure enjoyment from people when they have improved their athleticism and accomplished a class that they didn’t think was possible. The determination and energy from the people that walk through those gym doors, is why I enjoy and love teaching!

A vigorous cardio class without comparison. Start pedaling and let go as your instructor takes you for the ride of your life. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer.
