In Group Training, you get accelerated results at a fraction of the price of personal training. By connecting you with others who share similar goals, it’s an affordable way for members to help each other stay motivated, and have a great time while doing it.

MERRITT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

From people just starting out to veterans who can deadlift 400 lbs, this diverse group is for anyone with the right attitude. We begin with a 15-minute warmup, then 20-30 minutes of strength training, and finish with 10-20 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

The first class is free, with a subsequent charge of $25 per class. Classes are limited to 8 participants, so please contact Joe Dressler at 410-563-0225 to reserve a spot or if you have questions.

BOOTY X

BootyX combines functional floor exercises with TRX movements to target the large muscle groups of the lower body. This session works on everything from balance and coordination to strength and muscular endurance. By working your legs, thighs, and booty, you’ll be burning calories and melting fat even after your workout is complete.

Boxing Conditioning

Merritt Ringside is a fitness-based boxing workout that uses heavy bags, boxing training techniques, and bootcamp style cardio drills. This session will make you sweat and leave you feeling like a champ.

Unlike other training systems, TRX Suspension Training uses your own body’s weight to create resistance. Emphasizing core strength and overall conditioning, TRX is a unique way to get a full-body workout with just one piece of equipment.
