Request to Cancel Membership
By filling out the form in this page, you are requesting to cancel your Merritt Clubs membership.
Once you submit your cancellation request, please allow up to two business days for a response from our team. Make sure to use the same email address on your current account when submitting the form.
YOU ARE AWARE THAT ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED TEN (10) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE, AS OUTLINED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, OR ANOTHER CHARGE WILL BE MADE AS SCHEDULED.
Should there be any outstanding balance on your account, that balance must be paid in full before your cancellation request can be processed. By submitting this cancellation request you authorize Merritt to charge this amount to your billing account being used for your monthly dues.
Furthermore, you understand that if you are still within your contractual period, an early termination fee will be charged, as stated by your membership agreement.
You understand that Merritt Clubs shall have the right to charge the early termination fee, amount specified in your membership agreement, to your billing account being used for your monthly dues.
