- Print both pages on card stock
- Cut out the shapes
- Fold along all of the lines
- Glue all of the white flaps to the inside of the flap next to it
- Roll the dice to see what your next workout move should be
The dice includes different numbers of reps and time periods for jumping jacks, high knees, crunches and more!
