TEACHING STYLE:

It’s all about connection to all layers of our beings! I am an E-RYT500 ISHTA Yoga Teacher. ISTHA is an acronym that stands for the: Integrated sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. I teach all skill levels but, am primary focused on the subtle layers of ourselves which we tend to forget in everyday life. Each student’s journey is sacred and I honor the light within all. I also am a Kripalu Shake Your Soul teacher, a joyous movement class integrating music and movement.

I love most classical music, especially the breath.

I write a lot of poetry these days and welcome all to join my musing emails if interested. I love hiking, being in nature and connecting to the stuff of life. I also practice Reiki.

GENTLE YOGA

A gently paced, inclusive yoga class that is accessible for beginners and all-levels. This is a perfect class for students regardless of age, experience, and health. In this class, we focus on breath, alignment, and opening the body by approaching postures in gradual steps with the use of props. Experience contemplative practice that aims to improve your overall healthy, both mind and body.
