TEACHING STYLE:

I am an instructor who wants my students to notice growth with each and every class. My style is challenging and educational (I want to talk about the muscles being used and why we do certain things to activate them), but also encouraging and fun.

My Spotify playlists are full of Gwen Stefani/old school No Doubt, Rihanna, and I can’t forget “Sorry” by Justin Bieber (I may have listened to it every day for the past 5 years…)

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ANGELA

Outside of Merritt, I work a full time job as a metabolic dietitian (RD) for children and adults with inborn errors of metabolism – I’m completely passionate about it. I’m also a RRCA certified run coach and work with a few private athletes every year on some goal races, from the 5k to the marathon. I’m a 3x marathoner myself and chasing down that Boston qualifying time! In my free time I enjoy cooking and baking, indie flicks, and taking trips around the world with my husband.

SOULBODY BARRE

55 MINUTES

This mindfully intense class pulls from the principles of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, the grace of dance, and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training. We strive to have every person who walks through our studio door feel inspired and empowered to transform their body to its full potential.

SOULBODY BARRE POWER

30 MINUTES

SoulBody Power is a 30 minute cardio blast class that combines HIIT blocks with body-toning “barre” exercises to create that “perfect burn”! Get a full-body workout that keeps the heart rate elevated while strengthening and toning muscles and building a strong core.
