In college, my eating habits changed when I had to study more for my harder classes. I found comfort in grabbing a chipotle burrito rather than taking study time to cook dinner. I noticed my clothes fitting differently but knew graduating and passing my boards was more important at that time.
I moved to Baltimore and made the change! Becky understood my 30 lb weight loss goal and knew exactly what I needed to do to get there. We worked hard together, and I had the motivation to continue the cardio on my own. I learned how to properly use the weights. I felt her coaching me even on days I trained on my own.
