TEACHING STYLE:
I like to think of it as 1. Instruction 2. Motivation and 3. Promoting self-love and understanding. I like to start my classes focusing on the actual movements, breaking them down and showing proper form. I add the motivation through the energy of the music and the movement to promote a better workout. Lastly and arguably most importantly, I preach self-love and acceptance, being thankful for all the great things our bodies can do, meanwhile understanding and accepting our limitations.
FAVORITE SONG:
Honestly could not pick one or even two. I can give genres- I listen to and sing contemporary worship-type music, I also love musical theater.
