A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ERIKA

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Les Mills SPRINT instructor – I fell in love with SPRINT after taking it with friends for a couple of years and decided to get certified in March of 2018. Outside of the gym I have my Master’s in Nutrition and work in Corporate Wellness. I am happiest on a beach and enjoy spending the majority of my free time with family and friends. 🙂

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.
