GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
My style of instruction begins with creating an enjoyable yoga experience, while incorporating in our weekly practice something new and something challenging. In planning and practicing, I keep each yogis’ physical needs in mind. Most importantly, I value each person’s presence as we practice yoga and briefly meditate on the deeper human experiences while becoming a micro community of support.
One of my many favorite songs is Anthem by Leonard Cohen because “there is a crack in everything—that’s how the light gets in!”
