GENTLE YOGA

55 MINUTES

Increase your flexibility, strength, and balance while moving at your most comfortable pace and range of motion. A variety of props are available for extra stability and balance. Whether you’re an older adult, a beginner, recovering from an injury, or someone just discovering the benefits of fitness, this may be the perfect class for you.

HEATED POWER YOGA

55 MINUTES

Our signature Power Yoga class in a heated room. Challenge your body and relax your mind in this moderate intensity, medium paced class. This well rounded all-level yoga class has something for everyone. You will connect flowing sequences to the steadiness to your breath. Attention to alignment is the focus as variations to the poses are introduced to grow your practice. Step into the flow, breathe, sweat, de-stress, and transform! This class will leave you feeling centered, empowered, and revitalized.

POWER YOGA

This intense, fast-paced class provides the mind-body benefit of yoga exercise in a vigorous format to give you an overall conditioning class to improve balance, flexibility, and strength.

INTENSITY:

Moderate to High

RESTORATIVE / YIN YOGA

45 MINUTES

This is a great class suitable for all levels of yogis with physical, energetic, and emotional benefits. This class offers a relaxing and healing environment, while complimenting higher-intensity workouts. The practice of Yin and Restorative Yoga allows for the development of a greater range of motion, increased circulation, reduced stressed and anxiety, improved joint mobility, and a calm and balanced body and mind. Poses will be held longer in this practice with an emphasis on breathing and relaxing into the postures. Props such as blocks, straps, and towels/bolsters are highly encouraged.

YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

55 MINUTES

Breathe and relax. An introduction to Yoga that is an accessibly paced, breath centered practice focusing on alignment and body awareness. Modifications are given as traditional Yoga poses are sequenced to increase flexibility and strength. All levels of Yogis looking for a meditative and renewing practice will benefit from this safe and accessible class.
