I want to give you all of the tools necessary to live a strong and pain free life through education of your body and its foundational movement patterns.

WHAT HIS CLIENTS SAY

I started training with James in 2011. At the time I was a runner, logging more than 40 miles a week and experiencing a lot of hip and knee issues. My original goal of training with James was to find other work outs to keep me in shape while I was traveling when running wasn’t the best option (out of my normal routine). What I got from the training was so much more! I learned about strength training, functional movement and original strength. My knee and hip issues have essentially disappeared and my mobility has drastically improved. I’ve learned to listen to my body, take rest days and eat to feed my work outs. Over the past 7 years I’ve gone from 0 pull ups to over 5 at times (even getting a few weighted chin ups), deadlifting over 250lbs (255# PR) and squatting 185#. I’ve learned to love what my body can do and get excited to constantly learn more from James in every work out. His training is tailored to every client and I appreciate that he is always looking to further his knowledge that will benefit his clients.
