LES MILLS BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BARRE FUSION

55 MINUTES

Increase overall strength, endurance, coordination, range of motion and flexibility through mindful movement. Barre Fusion is a low-impact total body work out that combines Pilates Movement Principles, Yoga and Dance. There is a strong focus on alignment and form as high-rep/small range of motion and isometric exercises tone and strengthen muscles. In addition to strength in stillness, larger dynamic movements are incorporated for cardio intervals. Props (optional) may include: hand weights, weighted bars, balls, bands, gliders, and magic circles. This class fluidly transitions through a well-rounded warm-up, upper body work (biceps, triceps, back), and ab work, before moving to the Ballet Barre for hip/seat, and thighs. The final portion of class ends with Pilates Mat work and Yoga stretches. Find your BURN and reduce stress while lifting your mood (and your seat)! Barre Fusion is a fun way to get fit and focused!
