Though I am motivated to work out I needed some guidance on what workouts were best to help me reach my goals. My cardio endurance has improved, I eat more consistently throughout the day and I am definitely stronger. My BMI has decreased from the mid-high 40s to 38, decrease in body fat percentage and increase in muscle percentage. I have learned that
