We move with the music! We have rolling hills, intervals and steady climbs. I like to engage and empower my cyclists through teamwork competitions in groups and in pairs. Beware of any holiday…we have themed rides!

FAVORITE SONG:

I like a wide variety of music including oldies, classic rock, 80’s, alternative, 90’s (I really like the 90’s), hip hop, and the pop hits of today!

Off the bike, I am a clinical mental health therapist! I love spending time outside with my husband and our son. The beach is my favorite place to be!
