A LITTLE BIT ABOUT LAURA

In addition to being a group fitness instructor, I am a second grade teacher in Howard County. I also have two young children who I love spending time with. I’m a big animal lover and our rescue pup Charlie keeps us entertained.

This mindfully intense class combines dynamic, isometric, and isotonic movements that work deep into the muscle, then transitions to deep stretches to balance the body. Using opposition in the body as well as isometric work with the Body Bar creates a more defined body with better balance and posture.
