TEACHING STYLE:
I believe that every body is different and unique and we can each benefit from the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of a yoga practice. I enjoy teaching to share the idea that yoga is a comprehensive practice for athletes and gym-goers of all levels, and that you do not need to be flexible to take a yoga class! I strive to teach in an inclusive format where all feel welcomed and can utilize my modifications and adjustments to meet his or her individuals needs.
FAVORITE SONG:
It depends on my mood, but I love everything from classic rock to Motown to R&B. I like anything with a great beat that makes me want to dance!
