My philosophy is to listen to my client(s) needs and tailor a unique workout designed just for them. My goal is to not only work out my clients but to also educate them so they can work out on their own with the utmost confidence. During our sessions we will sweat, push ourselves to our limits, and achieve our goals while also having fun. The road to achieving our fitness goals isn’t easy, but together we can reach our destination one step at a time.


I have been training with Hendy for more than a year now. I appreciate how he listened to my concerns, my previous experiences, and what I wanted to achieve, and designed a varied and challenging workout program for me. He has taught me to strengthen my core, correct ways to exercise, proper technique to roll and stretch, and the importance of good nutrition. He is concerned about my well-being both in and out of the gym, and continues to find way to motivate me to perform my best. I would highly recommend Hendy as a personal trainer, and I look forward to our future sessions.
