A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MONICA

My favorite thing to do outside of Merritt is to run. I’ve completed 3 marathons and 23 half-marathons so far. I’ve also led several half-marathon and marathon groups through Fleet Feet and wholeheartedly believe in the Jeff Galloway method of running, i.e. run/walk. I’ve met many new running friends through Fleet Feet . There’s a group of 5 of us who travel to various locations to to participate in running events. I also love weight training because I reap the benefits of strong muscles to facilitate my running and over-all body conditioning. I also do some personal training which I also love doing. I love seeing and witnessing the results of goals accomplished.
