Keep your summer shape going with Belly Dance this Fall! Women of the Middle East have known the health benefits of "danze Oriental" for centuries! Dance Program The 2010-2011 Dance Session will begin in September. The Dance Program at Merritt Athletic Clubs offers recreational, non-competitive movement and dance oriented classes for children ages 2-1/2 up to teen. These classes include creative movement, ballet, jazz, modern, and Zumba for Kids. We will also be putting together a Spring Performance this year...don't miss out on the fun! We welcome all levels of experience in our programs. Check all of our locations for your best class time and day.
