PRE-COURSE TESTING REQUIREMENTS:
- 100 yards front crawl with rhythmic breathing
- 100 Yards breaststroke
- 100 yards choice of front crawl or breaststroke
- 2 Minutes of treading without use of hands.
- Timed 20 yard swim
- Surface dive to retrieve 10 lb brick
- Surface and swim brick back to 20 yards using only your kick
