TEACHING STYLE:

I try to bring a fun, authentic, and challenging vibe to class. It’s an honor to teach such an amazing Les Mills format. I hope to not only provide a great workout, but for each participant to leave the class feeling valued and inspired.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ALISON

I’m a mom to three boys and a cockapoo. I love to read (favorite genres are historical fiction and inspirational) and to travel, especially internationally. I’m a sports enthusiast – baseball, football, and I’ve recently taken up pickleball! I’m motivated by a good piece of dark chocolate, a great glass of sauvignon blanc, a well-written book, and interactions with positive, authentic, and warm people!

LES MILLS BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
