Outside of the gym, you can find me walking everywhere with my dog, Baxter, out hiking, playing soccer, cooking/baking random goodies, or eating at the newest foodie spot in town! I love trying new things and exploring our beautiful city and beyond!

Incorporating a combination of sports drills, this total body challenge focuses on glute and ab strengthening exercises and balance training, and concludes with stretching. Continuous movement keeps your heart-rate up, with options to accommodate most fitness levels.
