A LITTLE BIT ABOUT AMY

Physical and psychological wellness motivates me!! I am a mental health therapist and I like to connect my practice at the office with my practice at the gym. I am always trying to seek balance. I spend a lot time with my facility dog, Chester and I have two teenage children who keep me busy with their activities and bring me a great deal of joy.
