My classes are designed to be high-energy, high-intensity, and full of joy! My goal for members is to get them to push their limits while still smiling. I love the feeling of getting lost in the music, and inspiring members to do the same!

FAVORITE SONG:

I love all types of music. Pop, rock n’ roll, broadway musicals, opera, jazz, classical, hip-hop, and of course, Latin and international rhythms all move me in different ways. My absolute favorite song is “Bemba Colora” by Celia Cruz.
