When you are struggling to catch your breath, dreading the next interval, I am there to motivate, support, and encourage you to give it your all. My goal is to make each class as fun as possible. We are going to work hard, but I am going to do my best to make sure you have a good time doing it.

I am fun loving and always up for an adventure – whether it be traveling, taking a hike, or exploring the city. My favorite things include sushi, prosecco, Netflix, the beach and comfy sweaters.

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.
