A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ELIZA

I enjoy running outside and training for long distance races. Competition and the feeling you get after finishing an intense workout keep me motivated and going back for more. I also like the beach, shopping, going out to restaurants in the city, and spending time with friends and family.

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
