I run a large community theater and enjoy showcasing people’s talents of all kinds. We all have a need for belonging and my philosophy is that community happens because of connections.

HI/LO CHALLENGE

75 MINUTES

This traditional hi/lo impact aerobic class will knock your socks off! Burn calories, strengthen and tone your body, and enhance your coordination through a combination of aerobics, strength training, and abdominal exercises.

Cardio cross training class that will increase strength, endurance, and agility all while burning calories.

Freestyle Step challenges your mind and body to take your fitness to a new level in this creative advanced step class. The choreography is exciting and the interest is high to help you improve coordination, body awareness, and cardiovascular conditioning.

This interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called “exercise in disguise.”
