A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JOCELYN

I started my instructor journey with SoulBody Barre because I loved the format and the results! When SoulBody came out with Power, I knew it was for me! I’ve been teaching Power since the 1st release in 2016. I just added BODYPUMP to my certifications in the beginning of 2019. Outside of Merritt, I enjoy spending time with my friends and the cutest puppy in the world, Parker. I am currently training for my 5 marathon with hopes to Boston Qualify!

This mindfully intense class pulls from the principles of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, the grace of dance, and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training. We strive to have every person who walks through our studio door feel inspired and empowered to transform their body to its full potential.

SoulBody Power is a 30 minute cardio blast class that combines HIIT blocks with body-toning “barre” exercises to create that “perfect burn”! Get a full-body workout that keeps the heart rate elevated while strengthening and toning muscles and building a strong core.
