A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JULIA

Aside from being a fitness instructor, I am an occupational therapist in the neuroscience critical care unit and my favorite hobby is dancing! All three of these passions overlap in many ways, allowing me to continue to grow and develop my skills in all areas! I also love being outside and spending time with friends, family, and my 2 cats and 2 dogs (we have quite a zoo in our small rowhome). My motivation comes from my desire to live a healthy and active life in all aspects possible!
