I’m right in there with you—we have 30 minutes to get in a full body workout—if I’m not tired at the end with you, I didn’t do my job! I want to make sure everyone sees growth with the harder moves of the class- So I will always challenge you to take it to the next level. I think it’s important to remember where you started on your first class and how much you can grow! Your core is so important to all other classes, so don’t forget to give it some love!

30 MINUTES

Trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. This class hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body, along with some hip, butt, and lower back exercises.

  • Core muscles improve functional strength for balance, mobility, & injury prevention
