A LITTLE BIT ABOUT KATIE

Merritt has been a big part of my life for many years. I met my husband here and aside from cycle, we both love to lift weights, practice yoga and spend time at the pool. Outside of Merritt, I enjoy being on the water, traveling, wine, art, indulging my sweet tooth (usually by something with Oreos) and spoiling our two darling Westies.

LES MILLS SPRINT

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.
