A LITTLE BIT ABOUT KELLY

Hey guys! My name is Kelly and I teach Les Mills Sprint at Merritt. I have taught with Merritt for 5 years now and love teaching cycle! Outside of teaching with Merritt I love being outdoors and active! I play a lot of social sports (flag football, volleyball, broomball, ect)! On the weekends you will probably catch me running on the promenade to Fells Point with my Husband, 1 year old daughter, and our dog! Catch on the bike!

30 MINUTES

This high-intensity interval training returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll push your physical and mental limits for 30 minutes, while burning calories for hours after.
