I run a fast-paced, high-energy class and I live for the moments when my participants bring that same energy. I like to push my members to work hard but to have a fun time doing it.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT KRISTIE

My goal is to help others feel and move better through exercise, whether it’s during my day job as a physical therapist, or during my “fun job” as a group fitness instructor. When I’m not doing either of these two things, you can usually find me spending time with friends/family, perusing Amazon Prime, or binge watching Bravo TV shows.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
