I enjoy teaching all levels from beginners to veterans. I encourage each person to live up to their own potential and to always respect their own abilities. It is not my goal to make everyone follow my exact class or to overwork them. They should have a great workout and leave with a smile on their face, looking forward to the next time!

I like many genres of music, but mostly good old Rock and Roll.
